Although AYURSATHI AYURVEDA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (AAIPL) Members operate business independent of AAIPL, and conduct themselves in the manner they determine as appropriate, the action of each business member, ultimately impact upon all other business members and AAIPL as a whole.
That is why each business member has entered into a contractual arrangement with AAIPL to preserve some basic ethical standards as enunciated in the AAIPL Code of Conduct.
This code of Conduct is not a comprehensive document intended to address every issue a Business Member may race in dealing with AAIPL and the public at large it is not a summary of laws and policies that apply to direct selling or how to conduct your business. The Code of Conduct is neither a substitute for good judgment nor a restraint o Business Member’s entrepreneurial initiative. This code of Conduct does not limit or detract from general legal principles. However, if the Code is breached AAIPL reserve the right to terminate the Business Member Agreement.
AAIPL has designated the Sales Support Manager as the officer responsible for ensuring adherence to the Code of Conduct. Business Members who have questions or are concerned about conduct that violates the AAIPL Code of Conduct should talk to the Sales Manager. Questions regarding code Interpretation should be direct to the Director.
Conduct of your AAIPL business in the with the guidelines and practices which have been established over time, will ensure that we all benefit. Violations of this Code are serious issue which can result in termination of AAIPL privileges.
We Require Business Members To Conduct themselves in the sale of AAIPL product with integrity and honesty.
Use best endeavors to promote and extend the sale of AAIPL Products and products licensed for distribution and recruit and train further Business Members.
Sell products offered by AAIPL in the same condition as received and not alter, remove or tamper with any packaging, labels ,marks or number on the products or the containers;
Company with all laws, regulations, rules and codes in relation to direct selling of the production the area of operation.
Safeguard and support programs and promotions established by AAIPL from time to time and encourage support from others within the team structure.
Make any representations, give any warranty, contact any debt or purport to incur any liabilities in the name of or as a representative acting for the AAIPL .Manipulate or seek to contrive the rules, conditions, contents or result of the incentive programs as devised;
Manipulate the income Opportunity Plan to earn Bonuses above entitlements.
Create fictitious people in their Down line.
Misrepresent a skill or level of training to consumers inconsistent with the training provided by AAIPL or otherwise obtained through recognized accredited programs.
Participate in or facilitate the selling of products outside the direct selling channel;
The success of AYURSATHI lies in our core philosophy “TAKE CARE TO GET CAREDâ€. We depend on the Relationships that we from with other Business Members and all the people we come into contact with, we owe each other honesty, respect and fair treatment.
Treat all people fairly and with integrity;
Company with all laws, rules regulations and directions that ensure healthy and safety practices are adhered to in the conduct of AAIPL business.
Lead by example and provide an appropriate role model, training direction and loyalty to other Business Members.
Solicit or entice Business Members from another line of sponsorship.
Solicit or entice Customers of another Business Member;
Engage in behavior, either verbal or physical, which is discriminatory, abusive, intimidating or constitutes harassment;
Expect another person to do something which that business Member would not be prepared to undertake himself/herself;
Engage persons under the age of 18 years.
Customers purchase AAIPL products because trust them. They trust AAIPL quality, value for money, and know that we will stand behind what we sell, That trust must be preserved.
Service Customers with the highest possible standards of courtesy and respect;
Deal with Customer complaints promptly and diligently, and immediately advise AAIPL of any Customer complaint which involves product safety or product quality;
Ensure that products and prices are accurately represented;
Ensure that all promotion and display of the products are tasteful and in keeping with the god name4 and reputation of AAIPL.
Honor all commitments made and ensure on-time delivery of products;
Ensure any prizes offered as part of a promotion are legitimately won and awarded
Make false or misleading statements concerning AAIPL products;
Place advertisements which have not first been approved by AAIPL Use the AAIPL logo and trademark without proper authorization.
Enter into any contract or arrangement which is unconscionable or unfair to any Customer Make any false claims about competitors
AAIPL build strong relationships with Business Members who provide quality service and embrace and demonstrate the highest standards of ethical business behavior.
Avoid a conflict of interest in his/her relationship with AAIPL and any other business or personel dealings or relationships.
Protect AAIPL I assets, such as promotional sales and training material and not allow any copying or misuse of such assets;
Protect AAIPL confidential information, such as sales and profit date and new product developments
Disclose AAIPL confidential information to any person or company, either during his/her relationship with AAIPL or at any time thereafter.
I have read the AAIPL Code of Conduct as featured on this Agreement. I understand the described in it and agree to comply with them. I agree to comply with the. I agree to review and abide by the complete Code of Conduct as it is set out in the income Opportunity/Code of Conduct document available online.
By virtue of completing and executing this document, the above named person/company is deemed to have accepted the terms of the Agreement and subjects to final acceptance by AAIPL , is hereby appointed an independent Business Member with authority (but without any obligation) to purchase and sell the products of AAIPL .The membership is issued provisionally. The system and other conditions and business program may be changed after review within six months or one year.
The company will have every right to change all the business structure.
